Sydnee previously worked for Columbia Gas of Ohio as social media content strategist focused on strengthening the company’s brand equity.  Prior to that she was team lead of customer care and regulatory compliance where she championed advocacy efforts to connect low-income customers with local resources to help them work towards greater self-sufficiency.

Recognizing Sydnee’s passion for DEI, she was appointed to lead diversity and inclusion efforts at Columbia Gas.  This inspired her to cofound and chair NiPRIDE, a LGBTQ+ employee resource group.  In June 2020, she was featured in American Gas Association’s “Making a Difference” spotlight for her dedication to creating a safe and inclusive workplace.

“I’m excited to join FPH and support their DEI efforts”, said Sydnee.  “DEI is important to me because when an organization is intentional in this area, they become more innovative, but most importantly because it allows individuals to show up to work as their full self.”

Sydnee earned her Bachelor of Social Work at The Ohio State University and received her Diversity & Inclusion Certification from Cornell University.
